At Acuity Brands, we stand behind the quality of our home lighting and smart solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, manuals, and components are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixtures, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
